Our Story
JSA was founded by Jon Stockwin in 2023, to offer clients direct access to senior expertise - without unnecessary layers or complexity.
What began as supporting the delivery of challenging construction projects, JSA has grown into a consultancy trusted to step in where others step back. We are often engaged on long-running, stalled or high-risk projects that require decisive leadership and practical problem solving. Today JSA works across various sectors, delivering projects that serve clients, communities and sustainable outcomes.

As founder of the business, I think it is important for clients to understand what has driven me to become who I am.
I am a Project Manager, that’s what I do, and I don’t pretend to be anything else. I love it.
I started my career as an Analyst in the logistics sector before moving into Project Management, inspired and mentored by ICT Project Management consultants I worked alongside delivering organisation-wide software implementations. From there, I went on to deliver projects across multiple sectors, including oil and gas with Shell, and Information Technology with government bodies such as the Cabinet Office and DEFRA, before finding my true calling in the construction sector, following a successful ICT data centre project.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve delivered more than £1 billion worth of construction projects across a wide range of sectors, including higher education, defence, leisure, healthcare, local government, blue light, commercial, and community-led developments.
I genuinely love delivering projects. I thrive on complexity, tight timescales, multiple stakeholders, and challenging environments. I specialise in rescuing failing projects, getting them back on track, and delivering them within budget.
My repeat clients know they are getting Director-level expertise at entry-level cost - and a trusted pair of hands to deliver whatever challenge is put in front of me.
Appointed to recover a delayed project, JSA led the transformation of an outdated facility into a fully serviced chemistry laboratory - re-establishing the team, securing approvals, and delivering on time and within budget in a live teaching environment.
